Xiangjiang Science City spreads along the north and south of the Xiangjiang River, spanning the two cities of Changsha and Xiangtan, surrounding the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Greenheart Central Park, the north of the Yuelu Mountain University Science and Technology City, and the south of Xiangtan Jiuhua Economic Development Zone, with a planning area of 153.65 square kilometers, including 95.5 square kilometers in Changsha City, 58.15 square kilometers in Xiangtan City, and about 70 square kilometers in the concentrated construction area.
