Tianshui, Xuzhou, Zibo, Hefei, Nanchang, Diqing, Jingdezhen, Shijiazhuang, Yantai, Huangshan and other cities have become the cities with the fastest growth rate of hotel bookings during the May Day holiday. At the same time, county-level tourism has also brought new growth in the tourism market.
Liu Yue, director of the public affairs department of an online travel platform: The number of hotel orders in the county market increased by 68% year-on-year, and the ticket orders for scenic spots increased by 151% year-on-year, such as Pingtan in Fujian, Wuyuan in Jiangxi, Zhengding in Hebei, etc., which are all popular county tourist destinations.
In addition, "traveling with a show" and "going to a city for a show" have become a new trend in the lifestyle of young people. On the travel platform, the search popularity of cities where concerts and music festivals are held during the "May Day" holiday is relatively high.
