At the meeting, Li Daqing learned and interpreted the relevant policies; the responsible person of the county finance bureau interpreted the latest fiscal policies such as savings treasury bonds, ultra-long-term special treasury bonds, and special bonds, and put forward suggestions for the next step; and the responsible person of the county development and reform commission gave a briefing on the declaration and reserve of ultra-long-term special treasury bonds, special bonds, and other projects. Li Daqing stressed that it is necessary to conscientiously study, study, and grasp policies, actively plan projects, increase efforts to attract investment, and ensure that duties are performed in place and policies and measures are implemented in place. It is necessary to do a good job in the preliminary planning and reserve of special bond projects, focus on policy changes such as the investment field of special bonds, do a good job in project planning and income calculation, improve the quality of project preparation and reserves, and strive for more and better special bond projects to be put into storage.
