On April 25, the Roewe D5X DMH officially opened pre-sales at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. A total of four models will be available, with pre-sale prices ranging from CNY 119,800 to CNY 146,800.
The new model is positioned as a compact plug-in hybrid SUV with a body size of 4700/1890/1664mm and a wheelbase of 2765mm. In terms of appearance, the main design language is "pure and elegant".
In terms of interior, it adopts the dual-screen design of central control screen + instrument, with gear lever and physical buttons, which basically continues the design language of Roewe D7.
The new model is powered by a new 1.5-liter hybrid engine with a maximum output of 110 kW. The motor adopts a P1+P3 dual-motor hybrid drive system, with a maximum power of 110kW and 145kW respectively, and a 000 acceleration time of 6.9 seconds. The battery has a capacity of 21.4 kWh, providing a CLTC pure electric range of 135 km, a comprehensive range of 1,300 km, and a fuel consumption of only 4.62 L/100 km.
The starting price of 119,800 yuan is very outstanding in terms of cost performance. Obviously, the Roewe D7X DMH is highly benchmarked against the Song PLUS DM-i, and the competition in the compact SUV market will be more fierce after the launch.
