At Inner Mongolia Guohua Hulunbuir Power Generation Co., Ltd., Gao Runxi supervised and inspected the "Warm Project" and safety production work, and then went to some towns to understand the progress of the heating pipe network and municipal road reconstruction project. He said that all regions and relevant departments should focus on the needs of the masses, focus on convenience and benefit, and combine urban renewal actions to start "winter disease and summer treatment" as soon as possible. Heating enterprises should calculate the people's livelihood account, economic account and safety account, smooth the management connection mechanism, do a good job in basic projects such as equipment maintenance and pipe network transformation, and improve the heating guarantee capacity and service level.

At the site of the sand prevention and control project in Hohe Nuoer Town, Chenbalhuqi, a neat grid-like sand barrier was gradually rolled out, preparing for the next step of sowing forage seeds. Gao Runxi had in-depth exchanges with the cadres and masses present to discuss the ways and means to achieve the coordinated development of ecological and economic benefits through scientific desertification prevention and control.
