In view of the crux of the quality management of the mushroom industry in Zoucheng, the Municipal Bureau invited certified technical experts to conduct detailed demonstrations from product design and development, personnel management, procurement, production, inspection, etc., to provide professional and whole-process quality improvement services for mushroom-related enterprises. Held a training course on quality certification services for small, medium and micro enterprises, trained 115 people related to the mushroom industry, organized 16 middle and senior quality management personnel to participate in the chief quality officer training, solved 21 product quality problems, and provided 26 feasible suggestions, which effectively improved the professional level of quality management personnel of relevant enterprises. At present, Zou Cheng has 43 green food certificates, 1,007 management system certificates, an annual planting area of 26 million square meters of edible mushrooms, an annual output of 380,000 tons of fresh mushrooms, and has built a national edible mushroom standardization regional service and promotion platform, 3 provincial research and development platforms, and 12 registered trademarks of Zou Cheng mushroom base, "Zou Cheng mushroom" has gradually become a symbol of high quality in the industry.
