Last week, I introduced the specifications of fire shutters, and this issue continues to introduce you to the installation and acceptance specifications of fire shutter doors, and follow the editor to look down ~

Installation specifications for fire shutter doors

1. The upper part of the opening of the roller shutter door shall not be equipped with ventilation pipes, water pipes, etc.;

2. The power supply line (three-phase five-wire and fire central control signal line) is laid by the user to the side of the electrical control box next to the rolling door machine;

3. AFTER THE ROLLER SHUTTER DOOR IS INSTALLED, INSTALL THE CEILING, AND THE EDGE OF THE CEILING SHOULD BE 50MM AWAY FROM THE CURTAIN PLATE TO AVOID FRICTION;

4. When debugging and using, it is strictly forbidden to stand at the bottom. Electrical facilities shall not be dismantled without authorization;

5. According to the fire management regulations, the fire shutter door is a special fire protection facility, which shall not be changed for other purposes, and no items shall be stacked directly below the shutter;

6. After installation and commissioning, start once a quarter to check the electrical and mechanical properties, and pay attention to the safety of operation during inspection.

Precautions for installation of fire curtain roller doors

The installation of fire shutter doors is quite important, and the following points need to be paid special attention to when installing.

1. Power supply for fire shutter door

The power supply of the fire shutter door shall be the fire power supply, and the cross-sectional area of the power supply and control wire, insulation resistance, line laying and protection pipe material shall meet the requirements of the specification. The setting value of overcurrent protection of the power supply device of the fire shutter door shall meet the design requirements.

2. Fire shutter door controller

The fire shutter door controller is installed on the fire shutter door to control the fire shutter door to carry out actions such as up, down and stop. It is also necessary to set up manual buttons on both sides (except for the side where personnel cannot operate) to control the lifting, lowering and stopping of the electric fire shutter door, and the function of the fire shutter door should be improved after it is lowered and closed when the fire shutter door is closed, and the fire shutter door should be able to automatically restore the original closed state after being lifted in place.

3. Alarm system of fire shutter door:

The fire shutter door should be equipped with an automatic alarm control system, the electric fire shutter door should be equipped with an automatic closing control device, the fire shutter door on the evacuation channel should be controlled by the detector to descend in two steps or descend to 1.5m~1.8m and then delay the function of descending to the end; for the roller shutter that only plays the role of fire separation, it should be lowered to the end in one step. The arm strength of the manual quick release device of the fire shutter door should not be greater than 50N; the fire control room should have the emergency operation device that forces the electric fire shutter door to descend and display its status; the opening and closing device of the fire shutter door on the evacuation channel should be able to manually and mechanically lift the fire shutter door that has been lowered and closed after the fire power is cut off, and the fire shutter door can rely on its own weight to restore the original closed state. The manual fire shutter door is manually lowered and the traction force is not more than 150N.

After the installation of the fire shutter door, it is necessary to check the above equipment and precautions, and connect the signal line of the fire protection central control to the fire shutter door controller to fully realize the function of the fire protection linkage of the entire fire shutter door.

Acceptance specifications for fire shutter doors
