Ardbeg Distillery on the Isle of Islay in Scotland was founded in 1815. Mingsha is a small batch annual series, with one batch launched each year, and there have been 5 previous batches on the market.
On April 22, 2024, the label of Mingsha Batch 6 appeared on the Internet, according to the label showing its corresponding wine, which is a blend of original wine aged in American oak barrels (most likely bourbon barrels) and Oloroso Sherry Casks, with an age of 19 years, an alcohol content of 46.2% ABV, and a capacity of 700ml (750ml in the American version).
Yabo assigns a batch code to each batch of Mingsha, and the code of the 6th batch is: TB/06-04.04.2005/24.DB, and the official explanation of this batch code is as follows:
TB:酒款名Traigh Bhan的缩写;
06: batch number;
04.04.2005: The distillation time of the latest distilled liquor in this batch of Mingsha is the distillation time of the youngest original liquor, that is, the distillation time of the youngest liquor in this batch of Mingsha is 2005-04-04;

At present, this wine only appears on the US label, so it is likely to be available in the United States, and according to convention, it will also be sold in more markets around the world. Information such as its launch time and official suggested retail price is currently unknown, and it still needs to wait for the official release.
