At this stage, the end result is often that migrant workers receive only a portion of their due wages.
In the fourth stage, that is, at this stage, migrant workers are owed wages widely, even if migrant workers come to the door many times to ask for wages, it is difficult to get wages, and in the end, some migrant workers are forced to be helpless, in order to get wages, they can only kneel and beg, which has also led to the fact that in recent years, migrant workers have been kneeling to the contractor or developer for wages.
Migrant workers pay labor and exchange labor for money, which is a simple thing, but the reality is that migrant workers have many difficulties in asking for wages, and they are passed the buck back and forth when they go to many departments, and finally have no way to ask for help, so they have to choose to accept their fate, or kneel down and beg humbly.
The fundamental reason why it is so difficult for migrant workers to ask for wages and the road to defend their rights is that in addition to the low moral quality of those who are in arrears of migrant workers' wages, the migrant workers themselves lack a sense of contract and are unable to produce evidence favorable to themselves when defending their rights, which is also an extremely important reason. After all, even if the relevant departments have the intention to help migrant workers, they must also have evidence, and if migrant workers cannot produce evidence, they can only be powerless.
If we want to fundamentally solve the problem of migrant workers' difficulty in obtaining wages, we must strengthen the awareness of migrant workers in contract and retain evidence, so that all migrant workers know that before work, they must sign a contract, and at the same time, they should also pay attention to using their own mobile phones and other tools to retain some key evidence in the process of work。
