The new urban living room project is a landmark project undertaken by CCCC First Harbor Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. in Jingzhou area. Among them, the industrial maker center project will start pile foundation construction in December 2023 and is scheduled to be completed in October 2026, with a total area of 17,700 square meters, a total construction area of 77,000 square meters, a total height of 8 floors, and a double-layer underground garage, which is one of the first phases of the city's new living room area, and the industrial incubation center (east tower) project will start pile foundation construction in February 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in December 2026, with a total construction area of 75,000 square meters, consisting of a 4-story conference center and a 32-story office building, with a structural height of 148.45 meters and a total height of 188 meters.
At present, the pile foundation project of the industrial maker center has been completed by 75%, the support project is 50% completed, and the pile foundation and supporting cement soil wall are expected to be completed in mid-May. The Industrial Incubation Center (East Tower) has completed 50% of the pile foundation construction, and it is expected that all pile foundation construction will be completed by the end of June.
