Overcome difficulties to ensure performance

During the construction of the coarse grid and the inlet pump room, the project design team found that there was a serious discrepancy between the groundwater level line given in the original geological exploration report and the geological exploration report. Under such conditions, it is difficult to drain the groundwater with the well-point precipitation technology designed in the original scheme. If the groundwater problem cannot be solved, it will seriously affect the construction progress of the monomer. Looking at the serious water seepage at the scene, production manager Wang Fangshi frowned.

"We must ensure the safety and quality of construction!" In order to promote the solution of the problem of foundation replacement, Li Weilong led a team to re-investigate the groundwater situation of the project. In addition, he also organized the project technical research team, and successively formulated a number of replacement plans by visiting brother projects and consulting Chinese and foreign academic materials. Under the comprehensive consideration of feasibility and economic benefits, the project finally adopted the method of "open-cut foundation pit + laying large-diameter precipitation pipe". After the method was implemented on site, the foundation pit problem was solved within 8 days, providing an effective boost for the construction of the main project project.

After solving the problem of water seepage in the foundation pit, new problems followed. In order to meet the daily sewage needs of the park, the project adopts a combination model of structural pool + supporting frame building functional room. 23 new units, including pretreatment system, biochemical treatment system, advanced treatment system, sludge treatment system, etc., and a new drainage pipe network of about 40,000 meters in the plant area. "Hydrolysis acidification tank, biological pool, conditioning tank...... A wide variety of pools are available. The functions of these pools are very different, and the structures are diverse, especially the leakage prevention requirements of some important sewage pools are particularly high. Once the chemical sewage in the park leaks, it will cause serious pollution and must be paid attention to. Li Weilong said.

In order to solve the problem of leakage in the pool, the project revisited the construction process. By optimizing the admixture, post-pouring belt, and increasing the expansion joint, settlement joint and other processes, the closure of the pool can be effectively improved. In the end, the pool successfully passed the closed water test before the construction of the waterproof coating, and completed the construction task with high quality.

"Drawings and on-site operations must be reviewed many times to ensure that every problem is solved during the construction process!" In the process of process pipeline embedded construction, he found that the embedded elevation of the pipeline in a process drawing was inconsistent with the structural drawing: the elevation of the center of the embedded casing in the 102 single effluent was 455.4 meters, and the elevation of the 103 single inlet pipe was 454.15 meters, with a difference of 1.25 meters. After confirming with the design institute in time, the project was informed that the process drawings should prevail. Optimize the process of pure sweet springs

As the largest sewage treatment plant in the Ganquanbao area. At the beginning of the project, the design and construction goal of "zero emission and high technology" was established. After the completion of the Ganquanbao Sewage Treatment Plant, the main task is to treat the industrial production wastewater in the park, especially the enterprise users with silicon products as the main product in the park. As a result, the wastewater here has a high ion content, and if it is not properly treated, it will have a great impact on the water safety of the entire Ganquanbao.

The water purification process commonly used in Xinjiang is grid pretreatment + regulating tank + A2O biochemical treatment + sedimentation tank + disinfection process. "This process ensures that municipal domestic wastewater types and low-pollution wastewater are treated effectively, but it is not limited for industrial wastewater with high ion content. In the end, after considering the maintenance cost, feasibility and water purification efficiency from multiple perspectives, and after repeated demonstrations by the expert team, the project decided to lengthen the process treatment chain. Compared with the conventional sewage treatment process, the project adopts a composite treatment process composed of "grid + regulating tank + front-end mixed reaction sedimentation tank + hydrolysis acidification tank + AO biological tank + secondary sedimentation tank + back-end mixed reaction sedimentation tank + ultrafiltration membrane + reverse osmosis membrane (RO) + disinfection", and the treatment process is increased by more than 50%.

To put it simply, this set of processes can be summarized as a tertiary treatment process with pre-physicochemical treatment, hydrolysis acidification, and biological treatment as the core. The difficult-to-treat substances in the wastewater are absorbed and deposited through physical and chemical methods, and then various complex organic substances in the wastewater are decomposed and converted into methane and carbon dioxide through the action of anaerobic microorganisms, and finally the final water purification is completed through biological methods. Especially in terms of biological treatment, after repeated literature comparison and study and related project research, the project expanded the traditional biological sludge method to hydrolysis acidification + AO biological method. After three stages of sedimentation, the discharged treated water can meet the highest standards of wastewater treatment Class A. In addition, to further implement the sustainability goals, the project also added ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis dual membrane processes to the design. This process can concentrate the produced water and further reduce the salt ion content after the effluent, making its water quality far better than the conventional Class A water quality. The separated concentrated brine can be treated with tail water and salt, and recycled in the preparation of industrial salt raw materials, contributing to the sustainable development of the park.

With the efforts of the project team, all nodes of the project construction were completed efficiently. In May 2023, all frame bodies were successfully capped. In September 2023, the construction of all external pipe drainage pipe networks in the site will be completed. In April 2024, the project will accelerate the completion of the installation of process equipment and will soon be connected to water.
