The relevant persons in charge of 7 key industrial buildings in Beilin District carried out publicity and promotion, and the Economic Development Service Center of Beilin District Characteristic Blocks and Headquarters Buildings signed a strategic cooperation agreement on investment promotion of commercial buildings with the building economic departments of Jinniu District of Chengdu City, Xiaodian District of Taiyuan City and Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City, aiming to achieve resource sharing, mutual promotion of enterprises and mutual assistance in investment promotion through four-city linkage and cross-district cooperation.
At the site of the promotion meeting, the main responsible comrades of the characteristic block of Beilin District and the Economic Development Service Center of the Headquarters Building introduced the development of the commercial building industry in Beilin District in recent years. At the same time, Beilin District signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xi'an Building Promotion Association, and awarded the license to Jianke Building, a new building with a full-caliber tax contribution of 100 million yuan, marking that the total number of commercial buildings with a tax revenue of more than 100 million yuan in the district has reached 8.
