On the evening of April 16th, Ms. Zhu Liping, an actor of the former Maitreya Art Troupe and a performer of Dian Opera and Peking Opera, planned and initiated the Peking Opera Art Gala in Wenchang Street, Maitreya. The actor of Sister Jiang in this show is Zhu Liping, although she has been retired for many years, she is still in good spirits. Half her life in the arts, she strives for excellence in the art of opera performance, which makes her full of happiness.

It is understood that 62-year-old Zhu Liping began to study the performing arts of Dian Opera at the age of 15 at the Dian Opera Troupe in Yiliang County, Yunnan Province. In the 80s of the last century, he came to work in the Maitreya County Art Troupe, and in 1989, she played the dragon girl in the large-scale original Dian opera "White Dragon Girl", and has been rooted in Maitreya since then, engaged in opera art performance. After retiring, he entered the University for the Aged in Maitreya City and engaged in teaching in the lantern class.
[Former Maitreya Art Troupe actor Zhu Liping]: I have been teaching for nearly 10 years, and the grandmothers I teach are all grandmothers. Because this thing is more difficult, this lantern. I'm trying to teach, and they're trying to learn.
In order to test the learning results of the lantern class students, and also let the audience re-understand Peking Opera, Yunnan lantern and Dian opera, Ms. Zhu Liping began to prepare in 2023, and after a year of hard work, Ms. Zhu Liping finally joined hands with the Lantern Class of Maitreya University for the Elderly and the Peking Opera Troupe of Bijie District of Guizhou Province to form a multi-opera and multi-art performance form of the party.

[Zhu Liping's grandson Liu Xiaole]: Because this is the inheritance of our family, my grandfather is a singer, my grandmother is also a singer, and my grandfather (great-grandfather) is also a singer. I will let my children go to drama with me in the future.
The reporter learned that to Liu Xiaole's generation, at present, Zhu Liping's family has inherited the art of opera performance for four generations.
