In order to solidly promote the construction of rule of law villages, enhance the awareness and concept of rule of law among herdsmen, and maintain social harmony and stability. From April 20th to 23rd, the Jiuzhi County People's Court organized some cadres and police officers and grid judges to form a propaganda group and went to Baiyu Township, Suohurima Township, Wasai Township, and Mentang Township to carry out a four-day circuit court law popularization and publicity activity.
In order to carry out this activity well, the cadres and police officers planned in advance and carefully prepared the "Civil Code", "Tibetan-Chinese Bilingual Litigation Guide", "Law on the Protection of Minors", anti-telecommunication network fraud, anti-pension fraud, anti-cult, anti-organized crime law, anti-narcotics and other relevant laws and regulations publicity color pages and brochures.
In Baiyu Township, the cadres and police officers went to the Baiyu Township Ethnic Boarding Primary School to carry out a rule of law propaganda activity of "sword out of sheath, security and tranquility, sweeping away gangsters, eliminating evil, and protecting people's livelihood", and invited school teachers and students' parents to participate. At the scene of the activity, the propaganda cadres and police took the popular school bullying incidents, marital disputes, domestic violence, sexual assault, juvenile violations and crimes that have occurred inside and outside the province in recent years as the starting point, and used easy-to-understand language to explain the law with cases and humorously popularize the "Anti-Organized Crime Law", "Law on the Protection of Minors", and anti-cult, anti-pornography and illegal activities, anti-pension fraud, anti-telecommunications network fraud and other legal knowledge closely related to the lives of herdsmen. Subsequently, the grid judge focused on the common contradictions and disputes in the lives of the masses and the hot and difficult issues they were concerned about, and patiently answered the doubts and demands of the herdsmen in terms of marriage and family, campus bullying, and property rights. At the same time, he urged everyone to be good at expressing personal demands in accordance with the principles of doing things according to the law, finding the law in case of trouble, solving problems and using the law, and resolving conflicts by relying on the law, which was well received by the herdsmen on the spot.
In Suohurima Township, Wasai Township, and Mentang Township, the cadres and police officers went to the township governments, set up a circuit court to popularize the law, and explained in detail to the farmers and herdsmen at the scene the "Civil Code", "Tibetan-Chinese Bilingual Litigation Guide", "Law on the Protection of Minors", anti-telecommunication network fraud, anti-pension fraud, anti-cult, anti-organized crime law, anti-narcotics and other relevant laws and regulations, focusing on the interpretation of the strict punishment of underworld crimes in accordance with the law, digging deep into the "protective umbrella" of underworld forces, and strictly preventing underworld forces from penetrating into the countryside. Important contents, such as preventing minors from being harmed and preventing the resurgence of underworld forces, have made the masses understand the heinous nature of organized crime and strengthened their identification of underworld forces. At the same time, we also encourage everyone to actively report and expose clues on organized crimes and "gang-related crimes", and consciously participate in the struggle to eliminate organized crime and vice.
In this legal popularization activity, a total of more than 350 copies of various publicity materials were distributed, and more than 30 legal consultations were provided, achieving good legal and social effects. In the next step, the Jiuzhi Court will take this legal popularization and publicity activity as an opportunity to continuously broaden publicity channels, innovate forms, enrich carriers, continue to strengthen publicity, and contribute to the high-quality development of the local economy and society with higher quality judicial services.
