Dear Payers,
According to the unified deployment arrangement of the Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Shandong Provincial Medical Security Bureau, and the Qingdao Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation, in order to further improve the service level of social insurance premium payment and improve the efficiency of the system, the State Administration of Taxation Shandong Provincial Taxation Bureau Golden Tax Phase III Social Security Premium Collection and Management Information System, the State Administration of Taxation Qingdao Taxation Bureau Golden Tax Phase III Social Insurance Premium Collection and Management Information System, Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security Social Insurance Management Information System, The medical insurance management information system of Shandong Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau will be shut down and upgraded at the same time, and the relevant business will be suspended at that time. The relevant specific matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Suspension time and scope of operation of the information system
From 19:00 on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 to 8:30 on Sunday, May 5, 2024.
The provincial taxation system has suspended all payment and inquiry of social insurance premiums for employers, flexible employees and urban and rural residents through online and offline channels.
The online and offline channels of the province's human resources and social security system have completely suspended the handling of social insurance related business. At 8:30 a.m. on May 1 (Wednesday), other services except for social insurance registration and collection will resume.
The medical insurance department of the province has suspended the medical insurance handling related business of the business handling system and public service channels. Designated medical institutions and designated retail pharmacies shall handle the settlement business of medical treatment normally. At 8:30 on May 2 (Thursday), other businesses except for medical insurance registration and collection will resume.
2. Information system recovery time and business scope
From 8:30 on May 5, 2024 (Sunday), the province's tax, human resources and social security, and medical insurance systems will fully resume business handling.
3. Precautions
(1) Employers that fail to complete the declaration and payment of social insurance premiums for the current month before the information system shutdown shall complete the declaration and payment before the end of this month.
(2) If the payer has any questions, please consult the local tax, human resources and social security, medical insurance departments or call the 12366, 12333, 12345 service hotline.
