Precautions (1) Applicants who intend to participate in the supplementary room selection are requested to complete the registration on the spot before 14:00 on the same day, and those who fail to register at the specified time will be deemed to have given up the qualification for house selection. (2) Applicants who have been voluntarily canceled in the Qingdao Talent Housing Information Management System and those who have participated in the first batch (April 22) of rental talent housing (subject to the printed positioning notice) cannot participate in the supplementary housing selection. (3) The order of room selection shall be carried out in accordance with the points of the on-site registration applicant. (4) The time limit for each person to select a room is 1 minute and 30 seconds, and if the house is not selected after the time of room selection, the shortlisted personnel with the next serial number will start to select the room. (5) The shortlisted personnel need to participate in the room selection with their ID cards. If the person is unable to participate, the trustee must bring his or her original ID card, the original or copy of the client's ID card, and the power of attorney to participate in the room selection. (6) After each person selects the house, the staff will make a clear mark on the real estate board to facilitate the subsequent selection of the house. (7) The lessee shall sign a lease contract with the project operation and management unit within 10 working days after obtaining the positioning notice, otherwise it will be deemed to have given up the selection.
