Cangjie, the ancestor of writing, is one of the cores of Heluo culture, an important part of Chinese civilization. The holy relics of Cangjie are dazzling in the Central Plains, shining ancient and modern. Luoning, as the source of Luoshu, the hometown of Cangsheng characters, and the researcher of Luoshu culture, has the responsibility to make the Cangsheng relics magnificent and vast, and increase the self-confidence of national culture.

There are many relics commemorating Cangjie in the country, including Cangjie Mausoleum, Cangjie Temple, and word making platform. Among the many Cangjie and relics, there are four places that were built in the Han Dynasty: Nanle, Yucheng, Kaifeng and Baishui in Shaanxi, two were built in the Jin Dynasty: Shouguang and Dong'e in Shandong, and two were built in the Song Dynasty: Yangwu and Luoning in Henan.

Cangjie Mausoleum

Cangjie Mausoleum is located in Nanle County, Henan, formerly known as Cangjie Temple, located near Wu Village in the northwest of the county, was built in the Eastern Han Dynasty Yongxing two years (154 years), and then repeatedly destroyed and built, in 1966 a devastating catastrophe, so that Cangjie Temple became a ruin, Cangjie Tomb was also dug up, unearthed a large number of artifacts of Longshan and Yangshao period. There are two old steles in Cangjie Temple: one is the remnant stele of the Yanyou period of the Yuan Dynasty, there is the inscription of "Cangjie was born in Si and buried in Si, and the light of the people of Naiyi is also"; the other old stele is engraved with the couplet left by the famous minister Kou Zhun of the Northern Song Dynasty when he worshiped Cangjie Temple: "Pangu Si Wendi, the family of the saint who opened the sky". On the west side of the mausoleum, there is a Cangjie temple that was built in the second year of Yongxing in the Eastern Han Dynasty (154 AD), and the large-scale building complex was completely destroyed in the "Cultural Revolution". On September 25, 2000, the Henan Provincial People's Government announced that it was a provincial key cultural relics protection unit.

About the burial place of Cangjie, there are many records in the history books, and the "Zen Tongji" says that "Cangjie lives in Yangwu, and the burial is in the township". The Ming Dynasty's "Bianjing Ruins Chronicle" contains: "Cangjie Tomb is in the north of the city when it is and Bao". The remnant stele of the Yuan Dynasty Yanyou period in Nanle County has the inscription that "Cangjie was born in Si and buried in Si, and it is the light of the Yi people".

Cangjie tomb in Yucheng County

The Cangjie Tomb is located in the northwest corner of Kuduupo Village, Guwangji Township, 12 kilometers northwest of Yucheng County, Shangqiu City, Henan Province. Cangjie, the historian of the Yellow Emperor and the originator of writing, was buried here after his death. As for when the Cangjie tomb was built, it is impossible to investigate. Every year in spring and autumn, the incense is continuous.

According to the record of "Yucheng County Chronicle", in the sixth year of Emperor Xiping of Han Ling (177 AD), a monument was erected in front of the tomb of Cangjie, and the main book "Ancient Cangjie Tomb" was abolished. In the forty-first year of Kangxi (1702), the stele was re-erected, and the four characters of "Gucangjie Tomb" were engraved in the shadow, and it was abolished. In the ninth year of Kangxi (1670), Cheng Benjie, the magistrate of Yucheng County, rebuilt 3 halls of Cangjie Temple. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Cangjie Tomb was identified by the People's Government of Yucheng County as a county-level key protected cultural relics protection unit.

Kaifeng Cangjie Tomb

Kaifeng Cangjie Tomb, 9.5 kilometers northeast of the city, outside the Yellow River embankment, on the north side of Liuzhuang Village. The Ming Dynasty's "Bianjing Ruins Chronicle" contains: "The Cangjie Tomb is in the north of the city when it is protected. Commonly known as Kuraomound, it is also. "Zen Tongji" said that "Cangjie lived in Yangwu and was buried in Lixiang". Regarding the location of Li Township, Luo Mi said: "Junyi County is Gaoyang Township, or Li Township. It is also the ruins of the immediate and the protection. This is one of the important arguments for Kaifeng to determine that the Cangjie tomb in Kaifeng is an authentic work, and there are also records about Cangjie City and Cangyuan Mausoleum in works such as "Notes on the Book of Water" and "Taiping Huanyu Ji" of the Song Dynasty and "Biography of Chen Liu's Customs" in the Eastern Han Dynasty.

Today's Cangjie tomb, is oval, 30 square meters in circumference, 4 meters high, there is a square mound in the southeast of the tomb about 300 meters, 1.5 meters high, Zhou is also 30 square meters, it is said that Cangjie word platform. In the old days, there were stone arches and Cangjie temples on the platform. The temple was demolished at the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, and the bricks and tiles of the Kaifeng Confucian Temple are the original of the Cangjie Temple.

Lushan Cangjie mound

After the research of many historical experts, after the death of Cangjie, he was buried in Cangtou, Lushan, and the Yellow Emperor gave the name Cangzitou. Cangjie mound is located in the backyard of the current Lushan Cangtou Township Government, and there is Cangjie Temple on the mound. There is a 500-year-old soaphorn tree in the shrine. There were more than 100 inscriptions and other inscriptions in the Cangjie Temple, and in 1958, when Cangtou built a reservoir, it was used as the roof of the spillway. Nowadays, there are only 3 stone tablets left in the ancestral hall. In 2004, Mr. Liu Daocheng, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Hubei, invested more than 300,000 yuan to cast a gilded bronze Cangjie statue and enshrined it in the Cangjie Temple. In 2005, overseas Chinese in Myanmar donated a jade Cangjie statue.

Baishui Cangjie tomb and temple

In June 2001, it was approved by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit. Located in the northeast of Baishui County 35 kilometers of Shiguan Township, the east of the temple is Wuzhuang Village, according to legend, Cangjie lived in this village before his death; more than one mile south of the temple is Shiguan Village, which is the descendant to commemorate Cangjie, with his official position as the name of the village; about five miles northwest of the temple is Peng Ya Village, which is the location of the ancient Baishui County Ya; about 20 kilometers southwest of the temple is Yangwu Village, which is the birthplace of Cangjie.

Shaanxi Baishui Cangjie Tomb belongs to the national key cultural relics protection unit. Located in the Cangjie Temple in Baishui County, the existing buildings in the cemetery are mostly the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, and its decoration is gorgeous, and the local color is strong.

Cangjie tomb is a big mound, as early as the Eastern Han Dynasty Yanxi five years (AD 162) has it, there are three meters high brick wall around, it is built in the 28th year of the Republic of China (AD 1939), there are two doors in the east and west, the east gate is linked to "painting hexagram and then opening the text ancestor", the lower link is "knotting the rope and creating the bird and insect book", and the horizontal batch is "Tongde". The upper link of the west gate is "Yuli felt the emperor of heaven in the year", the lower link is "Tongwen Yongshi with the bridge mausoleum", and the horizontal batch is "similar feelings". There is a large tree on the top of the tomb, and there is a small tombstone directly south.

Cangjie word platform site, located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, Luoning County, Xinghua Town, Yangxu Mountain, half slope, platform height 3.4 meters, circumference 13.5 meters, top diameter of 3.3 meters. Zhongyun in "Hetu Jade Edition": "Cangjie is the emperor's southern tour, climbs the mountain of Yangxu, faces the water of Xuanhu Luoxi, and the spirit turtle bears the book Danjia Qingwen to teach it." "It is the origin of Cangjie's words. Cangjie is the Shi Chen of the Yellow Emperor, once he toured the south on behalf of the emperor, walked to the Xuanhu water at the foot of Yangxu Mountain, and suddenly saw a spirit turtle carrying an orderly Danjia Qingwen walking towards him. Inspired by the texture of this turtle plate, he was eager to get rid of the problem of knotted rope notes, so he made up his mind to create words. He took the turtle board, climbed Yangxu Mountain, built a high platform on the slope of the mountain, and stayed. Cangjie refers to the texture of the turtle plate, looks down at the footprints of birds and beasts printed on the flat sand of the Luohe beach, and looks up at the forms of various creatures in nature.

Cangjie word platform is located in the north of Changli Village, Guodu Street, Chang'an District, Xi'an, the platform is 6 meters high, the circumference is more than 100 meters, square, it is a rammed earth building, it was originally an earthen platform, the relics of the Neolithic Age were found in the rammed earth, and it is inferred that it is a cultural relic left by the ancient cultural sites. Now it has been renovated, and the outer layer of blue bricks is built as a brick platform. The south side is 8 meters wide, is a slope of 45 degrees, can go up the steps, the middle is 3 meters wide cement plastering surface, the book is about 2 meters square, "Cangjie word platform" five imitation Song style sculpture big characters.

In order to commemorate Cangjie's achievements, the descendants built the Cangjie tomb in Yangwu Village, Shiguan Township, Baishui County, his hometown, and built a word-making platform in Changli Village, Chang'an District, where he created Chinese characters. According to history: King Mu of Zhou once built a rooftop in Zhongnan Mountain, and later built a temple in Cangjie to build a word platform, called "Sanhui Dojo". After the Han and Wei dynasties, Buddhism flourished, and the word making platform was rebuilt into "Sanhui Temple". In the Qing Dynasty, only the ancient temple of Gutai remained, during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Bi Yuan, the governor of Shaanxi, wrote the stone tablet of "Cangjie Word Table" and stood next to the platform, and the remnants of the stone still existed.

Phoenix Title Desk

The phoenix title desk is located in the south of Xinzheng County, Henan Province, and is said to be the place where Cangjie made words. In order to commemorate the merit of Cangjie in making words, the descendants called the place where Cangjie made words in the south of Xinzheng County, Henan Province as "Phoenix Title Desk", and a temple was built here in the Song Dynasty, named "Fengtai Temple".
