After investigation, Zhao Moufa, a nurse in "a nursing home" in Quwo County, tied up and beat Li Moushi many times during his care for Li Moushi. In accordance with the provisions of Article 43 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments, our bureau imposed 15 days of administrative detention and a fine of 500 yuan on Zhao Moufa on April 25, 2024.

In the video, Ms. Li said that the next day she received a call from the nursing home saying that her father was hospitalized, and she went to the hospital to see her father lying on the hospital bed with injuries all over his body, and the doctor said that her father was bleeding on both sides of the brain. Ms. Li said that her father is still in the hospital and does not know whether the cause of the brain hemorrhage was a beating or a collision.

Subsequently, the reporter also reflected the video situation to the Lechang Town Government of the jurisdiction, and the staff said that they would report to the leadership.
