Preface

In the laboratory, there are multiple cameras, small camera gimbals, etc., which are used to record video data of the experimental process. ¡¿¡¿They are located in different directions, obtaining different shots from near and far. ¡¿¡¿ When using the infrared remote control, you need to point at different gimbal to be able to control it. The following hopes to make a multi-channel infrared transmitter module, which can send infrared control instructions to the gimbal in different directions at the same time.

Circuit design

The circuit itself uses an 8050 transistor to drive five infrared LEDs, and a single-sided PCB is used to lay out the circuit board. ¡¿¡¿One minute later, the board is available. ¡¿¡¿The circuit board is perfectly made.

Soldering circuit boards. Five infrared LEDs are welded to the transmitter module, the current limiting resistor is 75 ohms, and the working voltage is 5V. ¡¿¡¿ This increases the transmit power. Five infrared LEDs point at each of the four camera gimbals. ¡¿¡¿Remove the infrared emitting tube in the remote control and connect the signal line to drive the triode on the infrared LED driver board. ¡¿¡¿ Let's test it below, and you can see that different gimbals can run synchronously. ¡¿¡¿ This makes it possible to shoot dynamic videos. ¡¿¡¿ Through this sending module. Don't point the IR remote at different consoles. ¡¿¡¿You can set the address of each gimbal so that they can operate separately or at the same time.
