Establish a regulatory platform. Organize 2 operating enterprises to build a programmed management platform for shared motorcycles in Malone District, match each vehicle's independent frame number, Bluetooth code and shared license plate, and implement the management of "one vehicle, one code, one license" for shared motorcycles. Through the digital supervision platform, the vehicle delivery, site status, and parking order of shared bicycles are dynamically controlled to achieve the formation of whole-process and closed-loop management.
Optimize the area points. In accordance with the principle of "convenient for the masses, centralized parking, and smooth flow", the implementation of distribution, focusing on residential areas, hospitals, schools, supermarkets and other densely populated areas with large riding demand to set up shared bicycle parking points, shared and shared. Up to now, 2,365 parking spots have been uniformly planned, with an area of 213.3 million square meters, and 2,365 electronic fences have been re-set to effectively standardize the order of vehicle parking and facilitate public car parking.
