It is worth mentioning that he not only struggled on the front line of flood control, but also sent the party's care to other party members and cadres. Due to the sudden notice of the Beijiang garrison, some supplies were not guaranteed in place, and the beds were not enough that night. He thought that the emergency team members were working hard to patrol the embankment, so he took the initiative to give up the beds for them to sleep, and he only used three stools to make do with it for one night.
At 3 o'clock on April 23, the sky suddenly rained heavily, due to the heavy work during the day, the team members lay down and slept tiredly, and the rain flowed in along the cracks of the tent, wetting the quilts and clothes of several team members.
