At about 6 o'clock in the morning of April 25, Huang Yong, a middle-level cadre, led a special team of personnel to squat in the activity area of Chibi Avenue, and found the whereabouts of the car by elimination method through scientific and technological means such as trajectory inquiry, precise positioning, analysis and judgment. At about 9 o'clock in the morning, the car appeared near the Civil Affairs Bureau of Huangzhou District, Chibi Avenue, and the special team quickly locked on the target, attacked hard, and successfully arrested Peng, the driver of the use of forged and altered motor vehicle license plates, and seized the illegal vehicle in accordance with the law.
In the face of ironclad facts and evidence, the driver Peng confessed to his traffic violations by using forged and altered motor vehicle number plates. According to Peng's confession, in order to avoid the electronic police, he was clever enough to use the letter "C" in the original motor vehicle license plate he was driving to change the letter "C" to "6", but he didn't expect to be arrested by the traffic police not long after, Peng said that he regretted his traffic violations.
Finally, the police severely criticized and educated the driver Peng's traffic violations, and confiscated his forged and altered magnetic plates. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96, Paragraph 1 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, it was reported to the leaders of the legal department and the municipal bureau for approval, and the driver Peng was administratively detained for 10 days, fined 5,000 yuan, and recorded 12 points.
