Xie Wenli is currently the secretary of the party branch of Zengtong Village, Jilin City. In order to improve his skills, he spent more than two years studying and inspecting Shandong and Heilongjiang to accumulate practical skills and knowledge. After returning to his hometown, he integrated what he had learned into practice and achieved fruitful results.
In 2003, Xie Wenli raised his own funds to build a greenhouse to grow fruits and vegetables, with an annual output value. After the technology matured, he contracted more than a dozen greenhouses and provided a large number of jobs. He has been engaged in greenhouse production for more than ten years, with an annual output value of millions of yuan.
In 2013, Xie Wenli had a keen insight into the opportunity of rime tourism and built a homestay. Helped a number of farmers to build inns, the scale continued to expand, and the daily reception capacity increased. Under his leadership, Zengtong Village has realized the lighting of roads and streets. In the next step, the village committee will build a four-season tourist attraction to increase the income of villagers in four seasons.
