A few days ago, at the land promotion meeting held by Hangzhou Business Travel Group (City Canal Group), 15 plots were unveiled, with a total transfer area of 578 acres, covering commercial land, residential land and other types.
Among them, there are 11 cases in the Gongshu area, including 4 residential land in the Canal New City sector, 2 residential lands, 3 commercial and residential land and 2 commercial and commercial land in the Hangzhou Iron and Steel plate;
There are 4 cases in Shangcheng area, which are located in Sanliting and Jingfang Sanbao units, all of which are commercial and commercial land.
As one of the few strategic areas in the main urban area of Hangzhou that combines multiple advantages such as location, culture and ecology, and has the conditions for continuous development, the Grand Canal New Town (including the Canal New Town Unit and the Hangzhou Iron and Steel Unit) plays a pivotal role in Hangzhou's urban development.
In the area, it is surrounded by three major industrial parks, with a concentration of famous schools, both quantitative and qualitative basic education, a four-track transportation network that will be improved in the future, high-quality medical facilities led by the Shaw Grand Canal Campus, and a commercial layout led by the super-large Canal Bay Complex (under construction).
