Walking into the No. 2 Energy Station of Hangzhou Medical Port in Qiantang (New) District, the huge lithium bromide refrigeration host and other process equipment come into view. The steam-driven lithium bromide refrigeration unit and the large-scale electric refrigeration unit are operated in tandem, and energy storage modules such as ice storage and electrochemistry are coupled to ensure the safe and reliable operation of district central cooling, and can also be flexibly dispatched to serve the peak regulation of the regional power grid.
At present, within the 3.4 square kilometers of Hangzhou Medical Port, 1,700 biopharmaceutical companies have gathered, including Merck, Abbott and other world-renowned pharmaceutical companies. The energy station can realize the low-grade steam at the end of the heat network of the cogeneration enterprise to drive the refrigeration of lithium bromide units and the heating of plate heat exchange equipment, so as to uniformly ensure the energy consumption of air conditioning in the process environment of the regional pharmaceutical industry. In other words, with the blessing of the energy station, the enterprises that land in Hangzhou Medical Port basically do not need to build the air-conditioning host system required by the process environment.
"The year-round cooling of the energy station ensures the stable and reliable operation of the company's production process environment system, which can help the enterprises in the park reduce the investment cost of the air-conditioning system by about 50% and reduce their comprehensive energy consumption by about 10%. The purpose of multi-energy complementary regional centralized energy supply is to reduce high-grade electric energy consumption and help regional energy conservation and carbon reduction, which also makes room for the development of strategic industries in Qiantang and the energy consumption of high-quality urban construction. Relying on the demonstration effect of the Hangzhou Medical Port project, Qiantang is accelerating the promotion and application of the regional centralized energy supply model, and continues to empower Qiantang's green and low-carbon development goals.
It is understood that in terms of energy supply in urban areas, Qiantang District is currently focusing on promoting the centralized energy supply system in core areas such as Dongfang Bay New Town and Jianghai City, among which the construction of the first phase of the two sites of Dongfang Bay New Town is about to start, which will be characterized by water source heat pumps in sewage treatment plants to build a renewable energy regional centralized energy supply system; The site selection of the relevant sites of the Qianjin Intelligent Manufacturing Park has also been completed.
"Carbon reduction" in the industry and "greening" in development

As a qualified supplier of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and COMAC, Xizi Airlines is not only a benchmark enterprise for aviation parts suppliers, but also the first "zero-carbon factory" for aviation parts in China.
"At present, the company can basically achieve energy self-sufficiency. Yuan Yufeng, the relevant person in charge of Xizi Airlines' zero-carbon project, said. Behind the "zero-carbon factory", more important is the application of energy storage technology. The smart brain of the "zero-carbon factory" can also organically integrate a variety of new energy and energy storage technologies to provide electricity, cooling, heat, compressed air and other forms of energy for different application scenarios.
A 15-minute drive from Xizi's "Zero Carbon Factory" is Gree Electric's "Zero Carbon Park", which is also the first "zero carbon + DC" park in Hangzhou. The project builds a seven-dimensional integrated interconnected and multi-directional flow new source-grid-load supply system, builds a park-level energy Internet model, and realizes zero-carbon park-level production and operation. It is understood that its green power and energy storage peak shaving electricity consumption has accounted for about 55.49% of the total annual electricity consumption during the day, accounting for about 32.55% of the total annual electricity consumption.
