The steam-driven lithium bromide refrigeration unit and the large-scale electric refrigeration unit are operated in tandem, and energy storage modules such as ice storage and electrochemistry are coupled to ensure the safe and reliable operation of district central cooling, and can also be flexibly dispatched to serve the peak regulation of the regional power grid.

At present, within the 3.4 square kilometers of Hangzhou Medical Port, 1,700 biopharmaceutical companies have gathered, including Merck, Abbott and other world-renowned pharmaceutical companies. The energy station can realize the low-grade steam at the end of the heat network of the cogeneration enterprise to drive the refrigeration of lithium bromide units and the heating of plate heat exchange equipment, so as to uniformly ensure the energy consumption of air conditioning in the process environment of the regional pharmaceutical industry. A 15-minute drive from Xizi's "Zero Carbon Factory" is Gree Electric's "Zero Carbon Park", which is also the first "zero carbon + DC" park in Hangzhou. The project builds a seven-dimensional integrated interconnected and multi-directional flow new source-grid-load supply system, builds a park-level energy Internet model, and realizes zero-carbon park-level production and operation. It is understood that its green power and energy storage peak shaving electricity consumption has accounted for about 55.49% of the total annual electricity consumption during the day, accounting for about 32.55% of the total annual electricity consumption.
