The water quality improvement projects of Meicun Water Plant and Bailanghe Water Plant are included in the top ten livelihood projects of the municipal government in 2024. According to the needs of project construction, in order to make full use of the window period before the arrival of the summer peak water supply and minimize the impact on the water supply for life and production in the central urban area, through repeated demonstrations, it is planned to implement the pipeline cutting and connection construction in two water plants in batches in advance. On the basis of the recent completion of the construction of the Meicun Water Plant, the Municipal Water Supply Company plans to carry out the integrated construction of the raw water pipeline switching connection and equipment and facilities installation in the Bailanghe Water Plant from April 25 to 26 in advance. The construction needs to temporarily stop the operation of the 120,000 cubic meters / day water supply scale Bailanghe water plant, under the condition of taking a variety of ways to ensure water supply, there will still be a water supply gap of about 20,000 cubic meters within the service area of the municipal water company. 2. Scope of underpressure water supply
1. Users west of Yuehe Road in Weicheng District and in the Economic Development Zone are expected to have underpressure or no water on the 3rd floor of multi-storey residential buildings, and high-rise residential buildings will not be affected.
2. Users east of Yuehe Road in Weicheng District and Kuiwen District are expected to have low pressure or no water on the 4th floor of multi-storey residential buildings, and high-rise residential buildings will not be affected.
3. Users in the high-tech zone (north of Jiankang Street and west of Wei'an Road) have underpressure or no water on the 5th floor or above of multi-storey residential buildings during peak water consumption hours, and high-rise residential buildings will not be affected.
4. The secondary pressurized water supply users in the urban area are basically not affected.

4. Precautions
1. Users in relevant areas are requested to inform each other to store water in advance to avoid concentrated water storage during the period of near under-pressure water supply, resulting in large fluctuations in the pressure of the water supply network and affecting the normal water use of production and life;

3. Considering factors such as changes in water consumption and pipeline layout, users on the upper floors of multi-storey residences near the underpressure water supply area should also store an appropriate amount of water in advance in case of emergency.
