Announcement on matters related to the review of the qualifications of civil servants recruited by the 2024 annual examination of party and government organs (participating units) in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
Dear Students:
The results of the written examination for the recruitment of civil servants in the 2024 annual examination of the party and government organs of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region have been released, and the relevant matters related to the qualification review are hereby announced as follows.
1. Time and place
Starting from April 25, 2024, please refer to the "Notice of Qualification Review" for the specific time and place.
2. Materials to be carried
1. Notice of Qualification Review (in duplicate, each copy is printed on a piece of paper);
2. Registration Form (in duplicate);
3. Original and photocopy of ID card;
4. The original household registration booklet and a copy of the first page of the household registration booklet, the home page of the household registration book and the page of the person, or the original and photocopy of the household registration certificate issued by the public security police station where the household registration is located;
College graduates (including college graduates in 2024) who apply for positions with restricted household registration (or place of origin) and whose household registration is kept outside the district must also provide the cancellation page and copy of their household registration in their original league city or the original and copy of the household registration certificate issued by the public security police station where their household registration in the original league city is located, and a copy of the college entrance examination registration form stamped with a special seal for file management.
5. Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate;
Graduates in 2024 who have not been issued graduation certificates or degree certificates must provide the original and photocopy of the academic degree certificate stamped with the official seal of the college (department) and the academic affairs office (graduate school, office), and the electronic registration and filing form of the student status certificate of the Ministry of Education. Non-recent graduates must hold the electronic registration and filing form of the Ministry of Education's academic certificate or the China Higher Education Qualification Authentication Report, the second degree, Applicants for the second degree and minor degree must hold the second degree professional certification report (the electronic registration and filing form of the Ministry of Education's academic certificate or the China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report can be downloaded and printed from the China Higher Education Student Information Network http://www.chsi.com.cn and the second degree professional certification report can be downloaded and printed from the China Higher Education Student Information http://xwrz.chsi.com.cn/gateway Network. Special note: If the electronic registration and filing form of academic certificate cannot be downloaded and printed on the Xuexin website, please bring the Chinese higher education qualification certification report downloaded and printed from the China Higher Education Student Information Network or the provincial and municipal education department where the university issued the academic qualification is located after the academic certification is carried out).
6. Returnees who have obtained academic qualifications by studying abroad must provide the materials specified in the "Brochure" and the "Position List", as well as the degree and academic certification materials of the education department. Matters related to academic certification can be found on the website (www.cscse.edu.cn) of the Service Center for Scholarly Study of the Ministry of Education.
7. Other relevant certificates and certificates required by the recruitment position, original and photocopy;
8. If the recruitment position requires more than 2 years of grass-roots work experience, the candidate must provide the certificate of his or her work (service) unit (the certificate should include the name of the work unit, the start and end time of the work, the address of the unit, the name and contact number of the person in charge, etc.) or the original and copy of the work contract. The time spent by candidates working (serving) in different units can be cumulatively calculated;
9. If the recruitment position requires the candidate to have other work experience, the applicant must provide the original and copy of the relevant work experience certificate;
10. Candidates applying for the position of "project personnel" shall provide the original and photocopy of the certificate of the service project or the original and photocopy of the certificate of service expiration and passing the assessment issued by the relevant competent department of the service project;
11. Candidates who apply for the position of "Excellent Gacha Village (Community) Party Organization Secretary" must provide the original registration form (in duplicate) stamped with the official seal of the Party (Work) Committee of Sumu Township (Street), and those who meet the conditions for reducing their academic qualifications must provide a copy of the documents (certificates) that they or the Gacha Village (community) where they are located during the work period and have been commended by the Party committee, government and above of the autonomous region, and those who meet the conditions for extra points must provide a copy of the documents (certificates) of the corresponding honors;
12. Candidates who apply for the position of "Personnel in the Establishment of Undertakings in Difficult and Remote Areas" must provide a copy of the preparation of the unit with their own page, a copy of the open employment approval form or employment documents, and a certificate issued by the unit that there is no basic qualification or below in the assessment over the years, and if they meet the conditions for extra points, they must provide a copy of the corresponding honorary document (certificate), and the copy and certificate must be stamped with the official seal of the party committee (party group) of the unit;
13. Candidates who apply for the position of "disabled person" must provide the "Certificate of Disabled Persons of the People's Republic of China" within the validity period;
14. Candidates who apply for the position of "retired servicemen" must provide copies of the approval materials for enlistment, copies of the approval materials for retirement from active service, and the original and photocopy of the certificate of retirement from active service;
15. Apply for the targeted recruitment of "children of public security heroes" Candidates for positions, in addition to the original and photocopy of the birth certificate and the certificate of household registration relationship or other supporting materials, if they are recognized as public security martyrs, they must provide the documents approved by the government as martyrs and the martyr's certificate (including the preferential treatment certificate for the children of martyrs), and if they die in the line of duty, they must provide a copy of the certificate issued by the public security organ at or above the county level, and the approval document and the certificate of sacrifice in the line of duty issued by the veterans affairs department or the civil affairs department at the same levelThe original and photocopy of the disabled people's police certificate must be provided.
Special Notes:
When candidates participate in the qualification review, they must sort out the materials in the above order, distinguish the original and the copy into two categories, and the copy shall be retained by the reviewer.
3. Review process
1. Candidates arrive at the qualification review location at the designated time;
2. Verify ID card and "Notice of Qualification Review";
3. The reviewers will review the materials provided by the candidates. If the candidate passes the reexamination, the staff shall sign the "Qualification Review and Interview Notice" and affix the seal of "Qualification Review Qualified" as a certificate for the candidate to participate in the physical fitness assessment or interview.
Fourth, the relevant requirements
1. The qualification review focuses on checking whether the information filled in by the candidates is true and accurate. Those who do not meet the application conditions, fill in the nationality and award information incorrectly, cause extra points, fill in the personal information that is inconsistent with the documents they hold, conceal important information or provide false supporting materials, and those who do not participate in the qualification review without the consent of the qualification review department and fail to participate in the qualification review within the specified time, will be disqualified from the interview, and will be supplemented in accordance with the order of the candidates' written test scores from high to low, and the replacement will only be carried out once. If the recruiting unit cannot contact the replacement personnel within 24 hours, it shall be deemed that the replacement personnel have given up automatically. Where personal information such as ethnicity or awards is incorrectly filled in or omitted, resulting in no additional points, the additional points are not to be supplemented.
2. The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of examination and recruitment, and in any link in the examination process and during the probationary period, it is found that there is false application information, inconsistent conditions, fraud and other serious impact on the employment situation, and if there is evidence, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and the corresponding treatment will be given according to the severity of the circumstances, and it will be recorded.
3. Candidates who have waived the qualification review must fill in the "Waiver of Qualification Review Statement" (see the attachment for details), and contact the recruitment agency to send the scanned copy (PDF and other formats) or pictures (JPG and other formats) of the "Waiver of Qualification Review Statement" to the designated mailbox.
4. Candidates who are unable to arrive at the specified place at the specified time to participate in the qualification review due to special circumstances can contact the recruitment agency they apply for.
