Background of the meeting

In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the hydrocarbon processing industry (refining, petrochemical, coal chemical industry, etc.), it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design research of industrial policies and safeguard measures, and the research on the energy demand and multiple energy supply characteristics of hydrocarbon processing on the source side to ensure the stability and controllability of production energy; it is necessary to strengthen the research on new energy supply technologies and key equipment and energy-saving and efficiency technologies on the process side to improve the process energy efficiency and energy resource utilization; it is necessary to strengthen the research on the development path of CCUS technology coupling energy and chemical industry to achieve synergy in pollution reduction and carbon reduction. In view of this, the Hydrocarbon Processing Collaboration Group and its member units (production, learning, research and use enterprises) jointly organized this meeting, which is scheduled to be held in Ordos, Inner Mongolia from June 26 to 28 to hold the "Second New Energy and Carbon Reduction Synergy Path Research and Green Electricity/Green Hydrogen and Oil Refining, Petrochemical, Coal Chemical Technology Coupling Development Exchange Meeting".
