Welding operations are potentially dangerous
1. The heat conduction of welding causes fire accidents
Because electric welding is welded by melting the metal through an electric arc, and the temperature is as high as 6000 °C or more during the welding process, it is easy to ignite the combustible materials that contact the other end of the weldment.
2. Falling from high altitude and welding slag splashing
During the welding operation, the blazing sparks splashed everywhere. These small sparks are hotter and can cause fires when splashed on combustibles, and can explode when exposed to explosive gases.
3. It is not easy to find the fire
Generally, the welding and cutting operation point and the fire site are not at the same three-dimensional level, and it is not easy to be found in the early stage of the fire.
4. Short circuit causes combustibles to catch fire
The power cord of the welding machine is often dragged and worn during operation, which is easy to cause damage to the line and is prone to short circuit to cause fire of surrounding combustibles.

The test proves that the temperature of the molten beads produced by the electric welding operation is extremely high, and it is easy to ignite the surrounding combustibles.
