Of course, an important reason why NATO no longer claims that Russia is running out of ammunition and food is that the United States and the West have begun to hype up that "Russia wants to go to war." The US think tank "Institute for the Study of War" recently claimed that Russia is already "recruiting" troops on a large scale in order to prepare for "a conflict with NATO."
