Since 2021, ASUS Computer has cooperated with the Beijing International Film Festival to add the ASUS e-Creation Public Welfare Short Film Unit. The original intention of this unit is to stimulate the attention and enthusiasm of the youth community for public welfare through the power of images, so as to arouse the momentum of more people's public welfare, and at the same time, it is hoped that every participant in public welfare can become an initiator. In the three years since the launch of the event, more than 1,200 public welfare film works have been collected and incubated, and many creators have also emerged in major professional film festivals at home and abroad, such as the FIRST Youth Film Festival, Pingyao International Film Festival and even the Cannes International Film Festival.

The theme of the 2023 Beijing International Film Festival is "Shine Youth, Shine Hometown", aiming to encourage and commend young creators who use images to record the cultural and tourism development of their hometown, and show their unique understanding and deep insight into their hometown culture. This activity has been recognized by many media and 11 local cultural and tourism bureaus, and 120 students have been invited to become local cultural and tourism college student recommendation officers, and go deep into 11 regions across the country to collect and create, becoming an excellent communication case for telling the story of their hometown.
