On April 25, Buycar learned that at the just-opened 2024 Beijing Auto Show, the JAC Ruifeng RF8 Hongmeng Edition was officially launched, with 2 models launched with a price range of 209,900-259,900 yuan. It is reported that the new car will use the same 15.6-inch Huawei smart screen with built-in HarmonyOS 4.0 system.
Specifically, the Ruifeng RF8 Hongmeng Edition is based on the JAC Ruifeng MUSE co-creation intelligent electric architecture, providing three sets of different styles of front faces, such as volleys, dragon scales, and Qingyun, and decorating them with large-area chrome trims, which enhances the sense of luxury of the vehicle. The front face is combined with the deflector grooves on both sides to create a more domineering visual effect.
The side of the car has a straighter roof design for a more comfortable ride. A large number of horizontal lines are outlined, bringing a good sense of layering. At the rear, there is a continuous light cluster and a small spoiler above the rear. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5215/1895/1830mm, and the wheelbase is 3100mm.
In terms of interior, the new car offers two layouts of six and seven seats, equipped with a four-spoke steering wheel, a floating LCD instrument cluster + a 15.6-inch central control unit. The center tunnel area of the front row is equipped with a crystal-shaped electronic gear lever, as well as a wireless charging panel for mobile phones, physical buttons, electronic knobs, etc. It is also equipped with HarmonyOS 4.0 car machine system, which supports interconnection with mobile phones, tablets and other devices equipped with HarmonyOS system, and also supports "Xiaoyi" intelligent voice assistant to realize intelligent voice control of the whole car.
In terms of power, the Refine RF8 Hongmeng Edition is equipped with two sets of power: a 2.0T engine and a 1.5T plug-in hybrid. The 2.0-liter engine has a maximum output of 186 kW and is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission. The 1.5-liter plug-in hybrid model has a total system power of 310 kW and is equipped with a 27.6 kWh battery pack, giving it a CLTC all-electric range of 150 km.
