On April 24, the social work station of Gannan Town and Dongfeng Community visited the elderly in need, sent them rice, noodles and other daily necessities, collected their needs, and helped them light up the "micro-wish" list. The social workers and volunteers came to the home of Grandma Lu, an elderly person in need, with full love, and their arrival made Grandma Lu smile on her face for a long time. The old man is old and in poor health, and he lives on the subsistence allowance and his wife picking up waste. After collecting Grandma Lu's wishes, the social work station of Gannan Town linked Dongfeng community staff and volunteers to formulate a door-to-door visit plan, linked multiple volunteer resources, gathered social forces, gave full play to the long-term mechanism of visiting and caring, carried out "family-oriented" visits, discovered and accurately grasped Grandma Lu's living situation in a timely manner, and completed Grandma Lu's wish in the most intimate way, so that Grandma Lu often felt the endless care of social workers. Grandma Lu said: "Thanks to the care of the social worker station and the community, not only the rice and noodles were delivered, but also my wishes were fulfilled, I am really happy."

Each household patiently listens to the needs of the elderly, records their small wishes, and promises to do their best to link resources to help them realize their small wishes in life.
