Ningbo City "Animal Lounge"
It's a new friend
There are kangaroos, turkeys, etc
Did you go and see it?
Recently, the urban "animal parlor" of the second phase of the ecological corridor of the eastern new city ecological corridor in Yinzhou District ushered in new animals such as kangaroos and turkeys, attracting citizens to have a look.
The city's "animal parlor" covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, built near the river, with beautiful scenery, and resident "guests" include alpacas, raccoons, etc. They stroll leisurely in the "meeting room".
In recent years, Yinzhou District has innovatively launched the "Park + Zoo" model to create the first urban "animal parlor" in Zhejiang, which is open to residents free of charge.
The "meeting room" is provided by Ningbo Wildlife Park according to the season, and professional keepers are arranged to maintain it.
Yinzhou has also launched two biodiversity experience routes, the "Biophilic City Line" and the "Wild Habitat Line", and built 10 biodiversity experience sites at the provincial, municipal and district levels, and the Zhouyao Insect Museum has been rated as a provincial biodiversity experience site.
