For the 53-year-old Aizen, reading has long been an integral part of life.
Aizen is a 9-to-5 urban professional woman. The first time I came into contact with extracurricular reading was when I was in the seventh or eighth grade of the second and third grades. Because one of my mother's colleagues has a large collection of books at home, she often goes to read books when she goes to work with her mother during the holidays.
In the beginning, Aizen didn't have many full-character books that he could read, so he read comic books and magazines with many pictures. "Story King", "Sprout", "Journey to the West", "Robinson Crusoe" ...... The bizarre stories pieced together with gorgeous pictures made Aizen in the small town see the wonderful world outside, just like the magazine "Sprout" she loved, a seed that was determined to go out of the birthplace to see also sprouted in Aizen's heart when she was a child.

When he was young, with the improvement of his reading ability, Aizen began to come into contact with famous books and classic novels from all over the world. When he was most fascinated, Aizen quietly hid in the quilt until late at night to light up the flashlight, watching "Ordinary World", "Dream of Red Mansions", "Jane Eyre", "The Count of Monte Cristo", "Gone with the Wind", watching Lin Daiyu, the affectionate and tenacious Jane Eyre, and the love-hate Scarlett...... Looking at the characters with vivid personalities, it seems to talk to her across time and space and paper, so that the shy and introverted Aizen gradually becomes confident and calm.
In middle age, Aizen has changed from an ignorant child to a wife and mother, and the years have changed and the role has changed, but what has not changed is Aizen's 40-year-old reading habits. Because of family and working hours, middle-aged indigo dyeing pays more attention to newspapers and magazines, and the "Harvest", "Chuncheng Evening News" and "Reference News" ordered at home, and the "People's Daily" and "Yunnan Daily" ordered by the unit allow indigo dyeing to relax in her leisure time, and also allow her to understand the major events of the family and country.
Now, as she grows older and her children leave home, she spends more and more time on indigo, and her reading carriers have become diverse from the previous newspaper physical books. Reading e-books in your spare time, listening to books while doing housework, and more than 3,500 hours of reading time on WeChat reading are the best testimony of indigo dyeing and books.

For Aizen, reading keeps her from falling behind as she grows older, keeps her from being lonely and lonely because her children leave home to study, and allows her to get a glimpse of another possibility of life in ordinary days. The year before last, Aizen also issued two provincial library cards, and under her guidance and teaching, her children also fell in love with reading.
