There are now many chargers with better specifications and lower prices. So the only reason people buy this charger over the countless faster and cheaper competitors is its brand – it's officially launched by Samsung, after all.
Some people will even think that since it's a Samsung product, it will work better with a Samsung phone, but it uses the PD/PPS charging specification, just like other decent chargers on the market, so at the end of the day, you're just paying a hefty price for its brand.
