At the beginning of April, it is the right time to read. April 23 this year is the 29th World Book Day, recently, primary and secondary schools in Yangshuo County have carried out a variety of reading activities, guiding the majority of young people to acquire knowledge, increase wisdom and feel the power of reading in reading.
Yangshuo Town Primary School
On April 23, Yangshuo Town Primary School and Yangshuo County Library jointly held the World Book Day activity of "Scholarly Bagui, Standing Up and Facing the Future". During the activity, the representatives of the Young Pioneers shared their reading experiences, and the children shared passionately, gently, humorously, or thought-provokingly, so that everyone present could feel the joy and harvest brought by reading. In parent-child reading, it not only enhanced the relationship between parents and children, but also made everyone present feel the warmth and strength that reading brings to the family.
Dongling Primary School, Yangshuo Town
On April 23, Dongling Primary School in Yangshuo Town held the launching ceremony of the first reading activity for teachers and students with the theme of "Listening to Books and Bathing in the Fragrance of Books". Yangshuo County Bureau of Culture and Tourism, relevant staff of the library and all teachers and students of the school participated in the event. At the ceremony, the person in charge of the activity project mobilized all teachers and students to read, analyzed the urgency of the current extracurricular reading situation, shared the benefits and ways of extracurricular reading, and encouraged students to actively read books in their spare time, taste the fragrance of books, relax their minds, gain and improve, achieve the realm of patriotism and etiquette, and advocate teachers and students to work together to create a harmonious and beautiful scholarly campus. The student representatives used their own stories to tell their reading experiences and recommended their favorite books to share with their classmates.
Welfare Town Center Primary School
On April 23, the Central Primary School of Welfare Town, Yangshuo County, organized Young Pioneers to come to the former site of Linyang United Team in Guzuotang Village, Welfare Town, to carry out a reading sharing meeting. During the activity, the off-campus counselors shared the story of General Secretary Xi Jinping and "books", guiding the team members to love reading, be good at reading, read good books, understand reason with classics, cultivate themselves with classics, aspire to classics, and strive to grow into good team members with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical fitness, art and labor. During the reading process, the children happily shared the books they had read. In "Journey to the West", the heroic and combative Monkey King fought three times against the white bone spirit, the Red Army's immortal achievements in the heroic struggle in the revolutionary war in "Sparks in the Plain", and the humorous and lovely "Big Head Son and Little Head Dad" made the first-grade children love it. Reading can gain strength, sharing can get happiness, and children's faces are full of energy and happiness from sharing. This reading sharing activity not only made the children deeply understand the importance of reading, but also stimulated everyone's interest and enthusiasm for recitation, and contributed to the construction of a scholarly campus.
Gaotian Town Ethnic School
On April 23rd, Gaotian Town Nationalities School held a reading sharing meeting in the large playground, and the teachers and students of the school witnessed this unique reading sharing feast. During the event, school leaders took the lead in reading, and teachers from the junior high school Chinese group and the primary school Chinese group took the stage to show their teachers' reading style, and selected students from all grades formed teams to share their reading style, highlighting the reading style of students of different ages.
