Fast Technology reported on April 24 that according to media reports, FAW Toyota's new Prado was officially launched, with a price range of 459,800-549,800 yuan.

Built on the all-new TNGA-F platform, the new Prado features a non-load-bearing body design and offers a variety of powertrains, including a hybrid powertrain with a new 2.4T+ motor.

The car is available in two front face designs, one more retro and the other more modern, with the main difference being the headlight shape, one with square headlights and the other with round headlights.

The interior retains the retro charm while incorporating trendy design elements, with a 12.3-inch center display in the center console that integrates Toyota's latest entertainment system.

In addition, the new car will be equipped with a number of technological features, such as wireless charging, 8-way power seat adjustment, seat ventilation/heating, JBL audio, three-zone air conditioning, etc.

In terms of power, the new car is equipped with a 2.4T turbocharged engine + electric motor hybrid system, with a comprehensive power of 243 kilowatts and a maximum torque of 630 Nm, and the transmission system is matched with an 8-speed automatic manual transmission and four-wheel drive system.

In terms of off-road configuration, the new car is equipped with two differential locks in the middle and rear, high-speed and low-speed four-wheel drive, multi-terrain control and creep mode, with a maximum approach angle of 31 degrees, a maximum departure angle of 22 degrees, and a ground clearance of 221mm.
