The announcement mainly involves two primary schools and two junior high schools, namely: Hutangqiao Experimental Primary School (Xiyuan Campus) in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Xiyuan Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City, Nantian Experimental Primary School in Wujin District, Changzhou City, and Nantian Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City.
The demarcation plan of the teaching district will be implemented from the enrollment of new enrollment grades in the fall of 2024, and the students of other grades will remain unchanged in the original teaching district.

The primary school teaching area mainly involves the demarcation of two schools, Hutangqiao Experimental Primary School (Headquarters Campus + Xiyuan Campus) in Wujin District, Changzhou City, and Nantian Experimental Primary School in Wujin District, Changzhou City. The teaching areas of the relevant schools are as follows:
1. The teaching area of Hutangqiao Experimental Primary School (Headquarters Campus + Xiyuan Campus) in Wujin District, Changzhou City: east to Wuyi Road and Changgou River, south to Gufang Road, Ding'an West Road, Zoujiabang and Changgou River, west to Hutang Town Boundary, Huaju Line, Yancheng Road, north to Juhu Road and Datong River. Hutangqiao Experimental Primary School (Xiyuan Campus) and Hutangqiao Experimental Primary School (Main Campus) implement the model of "one school, two districts", arranging different grades in different campuses.
2. The teaching area of Nantian Experimental Primary School in Wujin District, Changzhou City: east and south to Hutang Town boundary, west to Xiacheng Road, and north to Yanzheng Avenue.

The teaching area of this junior high school mainly involves the demarcation of two schools, Xiyuan Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City, and Nantian Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City. The teaching areas of the relevant schools are as follows:
1. The teaching area of Xiyuan Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City: east to Changwu Road and Changgou River, south to Ding'an Road, Zhoujiaxiang Road and Changhong Road, west to Hutang Town Boundary and Yancheng Road, north to Renmin Road and Juhu Road.
2. The teaching area of Nantian Experimental Junior High School in Wujin District, Changzhou City: east and south to Hutang Town boundary, west to Xiacheng Road, and north to Yanzheng Avenue.

In fact, the demarcation plan for the teaching area (draft for comments) mainly involves two nine-year schools, both of which are located in the old city of Hutang.
Among them, it belongs to the Changgou River area, which is located west of Xiyuan Road, south of Datong East Road, and north of Renmin Middle Road, with a total planned land area of about 82,000 square meters.
The Changgou River area is one of the key areas for the reconstruction of the old city of Changzhou, and this year, the comprehensive development project (phase I) of the Changgou area in the west of the city has been included in the expropriation plan.
According to the plan, the Changgou River area will be built into an urban waterfront livable demonstration area with a structure of "one vein, two cores, five parks and multiple points". At present, the area has entered the development stage, and the road network system of the area north of Renmin Road is gradually taking shape, and the land is basically pure land.
At the same time, the entire school complex standing on Xiyuan Road has also begun to take shape.

After the school is put into use, the primary school will be integrated with the campus of the headquarters to alleviate the pressure of the degree of the headquarters, and at the same time, with the blessing of the high-quality education brand, it will also better realize the balanced development of regional high-quality resources.
From the perspective of the scope of the diocese, only Changfa Longyue is currently in the range of new houses for sale.
It belongs to the core area of the China-Israel Changzhou Innovation Park, which is located on the south side of Nantian Road and the east side of Sanqin Road.

According to the area control regulations announced after the approval in November 2023, the core area of Changzhou Innovation Park is planned to set up 3 kindergartens, 2 primary schools, 1 junior high school, and 1 high school, and Nantian Experimental Primary School and Nantian Experimental Junior High School are two of these schools.
It is worth noting that there is also a Nantian No. 2 Kindergarten planned on the south side of the primary and secondary schools, and a resource chain of preschool and junior education will be formed here in the future.
From the perspective of the scope of the diocese, only Huasheng Pinyue Mansion is currently on sale in the new house.
On the whole, these two new schools with a nine-year consistent system are located in the emerging sectors of Wujin District, one is an urban waterfront livable demonstration area, and the other is a highland for the integrated development of "industry, city and people".
The implementation of high-quality education facilities will also better serve the emerging sector and lay a more solid foundation.
