A few days ago, in the latest workshop of Grammer Vehicle Parts (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., the instrument panel of the ideal L6 is being made by the "bumblebee" wave "hand" on the production line.
"It took 3 months for the company to contact Wujin to firmly land, and it took 3 months from the start of the landing to the project production. Since April, we have officially supplied Li Auto, and we are currently in the stage of ramp-up of production capacity, and are expected to deliver 6,000 sets of sub-instrument panels this month. Changzhou Zhuojun Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., located in Wujin National High-tech Zone, has continued to receive orders, and a large number of seats for new energy vehicles have rolled off the assembly line. "At present, we have reached the number of cycles of 6 sets of seats in a vehicle coming off the assembly line in 75 seconds, and the efficiency of the entire shipment can reach the capacity of 1,150 sets of seats per day. Yang Xin, general manager of Changzhou Zhuojun Automotive Systems Co., Ltd., said that in 2023 alone, the company will produce 200,000 sets of seats, and the second phase of the expansion project has also been put into operation this year, and the output will increase by 50%.
Openness is "non-stop", and innovation is "endless". Hainachuan Hella (Changzhou) Auto Lamp Co., Ltd., which was settled in 2021, focuses on the cutting-edge technology of the front face of automobiles, and the main product is a light strip with a total length of more than two meters through the front face, which is composed of a single module, and the light-emitting tape is currently the largest and most complex one in the domestic automobile market. "From product development to production, the team continues to trial and error, verification, testing, and finally reaps satisfactory results, and a steady stream of orders is the best recognition. Qi Linlin, the company's senior production director, told reporters.
The east wind is strong, and everything is new.
In the spring, Wujin continued to climb "high" to "real" and "quality" to "new". In the future, Wujin will further amplify the traction and driving role of Li Auto, build a new energy auto parts industry ecology with "zero with the whole belt and zero to promote the whole", and strive to make a big breakthrough in the concentration of core enterprises, the integrity of the industrial chain, the contribution of added value and the localization matching rate, and strive to achieve a local matching rate of 50% for new energy vehicles, 70% for the industrial chain, and an output value of more than 150 billion yuan for the parts industry by 2025.
