The Championship is rich in talent and regularly produces future Premier League stars, with the likes of Gareth Bale, James Maddison and Ben White all making their mark in the Championship before breaking into the Premier League. 12. Jonathan Rowe (Norwich)
Premier League team of interest: West Ham United
Norwich's young winger Jonathan Rowe has attracted interest from Premier League side West Ham United, according to talkSPORT. The 20-year-old scored 13 goals and provided four assists in the 2023/24 season as the Canaries reached the play-offs. In October 2023, Jonathan Rowe made his England Under-21 debut and scored in a 9-1 win over Serbia. With Benrahma leaving West Ham United, Jonathan Rowe will be the ideal replacement for the Algerian international.
11. Jack Clark (Sunderland)
Interested Premier League teams: West Ham United and Burnley
Jack Clarke has quickly established himself as one of the best players in the Championship since being promoted from League One with Sunderland in 2022. According to the Mirror, the former Tottenham international has been linked with West Ham United and Burnley, with the latter having been rejected by Sunderland on four offers in 2023. Serie A side Lazio made a move to buy Clarke in the January 2024 transfer window, but it was also rejected. Lazio have reportedly submitted a second better offer, but Clarke is believed to be having a good time at Sunderland.
The nimble winger scored 15 goals in the 2023/24 season and is keen to play at a higher level in the league in the near future. Sunderland were expected to challenge for promotion at the start of the new year, but the disastrous managerial appointment means they are now in the middle of the Championship table. It looks like Clark will be on a move in the summer, and there's no shortage of suitors.

Plymouth's Morgan Whitaker has enjoyed a fantastic season in this promoted second-tier side and has caught the attention of three Premier League teams. According to Football Insider, Fulham, West Ham United and Brentford are battling for the 23-year-old, who is the third-highest scorer in the Championship behind Blackburn Rovers striker Sammy Smodic and Southampton striker Adam Armstrong. Lazio have approached Plymouth over a potential deal for their prolific winger, but Plymouth wants to keep him at the club. Of the aforementioned Premier League teams, a move to Fulham is perhaps the most meaningful for the development of his career, given his personal circumstances.
9. Cleisencio Somerville (Leeds United)
Interested Premier League team: Aston Villa
Leeds United's top scorer Clicensio Somerville has been on the radar of Aston Villa due to his excellent performances in the Championship. The 22-year-old had been offered £20million by Burnley in August 2023, but Leeds United rejected the offer as they were aiming to return to the Premier League immediately. If Leeds are unable to be promoted, they could lose Somerville in the summer of 2024.

Middlesbrough's 21-year-old rising star Hayden Hackney is on the radar of four Premier League teams. Tottenham, Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool have all been linked with the England Under-21 international ahead of the 2024 summer transfer window.
6. Anthony Patterson (Sunderland)

According to HITC Football, Sunderland goalkeeper Anthony Patterson is the subject of interest from Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal. The Black Cats are reportedly willing to cash in on the 23-year-old in the summer of 2024, while he has excelled in the Championship and looks destined to join a top team. In 14 games, Patterson had the top 8% of his positional saves and the top 19% of his positional saves (penalty kicks).
