About the exchange process for free and discounted tickets:
Passengers who arrive at "Jiuhuashan Station" by high-speed rail on April 26 can register at the No. 6 ticket window of the Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center with a valid electronic ticket information record or ticket purchase reimbursement voucher and their ID card, and then enter the scenic spot with their ID card verification.
Passengers who arrive at "Jiuhuashan Station" by high-speed rail from April 27 to May 2 can apply for half-price tickets at the ticket window No. 6 of the Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center with a valid e-ticket information record or ticket purchase reimbursement voucher and their ID card.
Due to the concentration of tourists during the "May Day" holiday, in order to maintain the order of scenic tourism, tourists who have not registered or exchanged tickets in accordance with the prescribed procedures will not be reissued or verified in other forms, and the majority of tourists are requested to give their understanding and support.
