In order to break the memory of rural roads of "stepping on mud on rainy days and flying soil on sunny days" and solve the practical difficulties of the masses in production and travel, the Xinhe Village Committee of Longtan Town and the No. 2 Middle School of Qujing City have taken the village road hardening project as a hard task, and actively coordinated the road hardening indicators with the higher departments, raised funds, carefully planned, made great determination and made great efforts.
In December 2023, with the support of the town party committee, the Xinhe Village Committee will build 10.5 kilometers of high-standard farmland machine farming roads, benefiting more than 500 farmers and more than 600 acres of farmland, of which 2 kilometers of machine farming roads connect Xinhe Village and Luquan Village to the village road, shortening the distance by half an hour and facilitating the transportation of the two village committees, and building 2 kilometers of village roads to solve the travel problems of more than 100 villagers, and further narrowing the relationship with the masses.
Nowadays, before the start of spring ploughing, the construction of the road hardening project has been completed, the cement road has been unblocked, the travel efficiency of the villagers has been improved, and the road hardening project has been well received by the masses, which has further stimulated the confidence and determination of the masses to run towards a better life.
