After ascertaining the facts, if the bully constitutes a public security offense or even a criminal offense, the police can directly punish him or transfer him to the judicial organs; if the circumstances are relatively minor, the police can also criticize and educate the parents and ask them to supervise the children to stop bullying, and they can also take educational and corrective measures against children who have serious negative behaviors. In addition, the police investigation process is a warning to parents and the school itself, and can draw attention to the problem.
