Hurun Report: Could you please introduce the highlights and characteristics of the company, and what are the advantages compared with other peers?
Yin Xiaohan: The positioning and vision of the final sequence is to commit to the core digital intelligence infrastructure of the AI era.
The core product AWesome AI is an "AI digital intelligent lifeform" based on the self-developed privatized AI data engine + artificial data production line, combined with the support of data governance, labeling and cleaning business capabilities of its own artificial data production line, it can more efficiently mine non-standard private data in various fields of professional categories. Make up for the gap in the available data of private data, cycle and maximize the input of parameters to the AI digital intelligent life form adaptive learning, high-frequency intelligent data analysis and training, so that the AI life form can get rapid AI capability growth, achieve strong analysis, high intelligence, and fine output, and focus on providing "AI + artificial" private data in professional categories The company is committed to building high-value AI digital infrastructure required for AI applications by refining the available data of privatized AI in various fields of high-net-worth applications.

Manual data production line: It has a full-time professional data labeling production line with 100+ people, using self-developed methodologies and product processes combined with the system for data labeling and data polishing; AWesome AI provides high-quality data labeling services, starting with data labeling and annotation for building AI/ML models. Data labeling and data annotation involve information or metadata about the labeled dataset used to train an ML model. To train and build any machine learning algorithm, the model needs to be based on accurate data that is properly labeled. Help customers annotate and clean various types of data, including images, text, audio, video, and more. This annotated data can be used to train machine learning models and AI systems.

Hurun Report: From the perspective of the entrepreneurial spirit that Hurun Report has always admired, why did you choose to start a business? In your opinion, what exactly is business ability?
Yin Xiaohan: I joined the Alibaba Department in 2019, where I had the opportunity to work with outstanding talents from all walks of life, and got in touch with cutting-edge technology and management concepts. However, even though working at a large factory provided me with a stable career path and abundant learning resources, I gradually realized that I still wanted to create some more impactful careers. Therefore, I chose to go to Nanyang Technological University in Singapore to continue my studies, which not only allowed me to gain the systematic subject knowledge of my past professional knowledge and the thinking logic of the development of domestic enterprises that are out of stereotype, but more importantly, to find the direction of AI intelligence development and the value of AI data business.
In this changeable wave of times, many people seem to have a downturn and absolute risk in front of it, but when opportunities coexist, since there are always surging and restless factors in the heart, then why use waiting to give yourself an excuse, the rapid change of technology is changing the world, I don't want to see the opportunity to belong to me after the judgment within the cognition is so missed, I want to participate in this change, can not hesitate, so I chose to start a business.
After returning to Japan in April '23, he began to plan his own business, and in August, he founded the final sequence and devoted himself to entrepreneurship in the field of artificial intelligence. Hoping to start a company similar to Scale AI is facing new challenges: the complexity of technology research and development, the uncertainty of the market, and the pursuit of capital. However, it was based on my previous experience and deep understanding of the market that our project quickly gained industry recognition and capital support.
For example, when developing AI solutions, we need to focus not only on the accuracy of algorithms, but also on how to effectively integrate these technologies into the customer's business processes. This requires a deep understanding of the customer's business needs, as well as the technical team's ability to quickly iterate the product to adapt to market feedback. This process was challenging, but it also greatly facilitated the growth of the team and allowed us to be more agile in responding to changes in the market. In addition, the pursuit of capital is also a reality that has to be faced. After receiving initial capital support, we were faced with the challenge of balancing short-term goals with long-term development. This is not only a test of financial management, but also a test of strategic planning ability.
In the process, I deeply realized the importance of technological innovation and business model innovation, as well as the ability to maintain learning and adapt in a fast-moving industry. Although the road to entrepreneurship is still full of unknowns and challenges, it is very important to face the problem, look directly at the shortcomings, relatively calm thinking about the solution path of the problem, and at the same time for the shortcomings with the help of the ability and collaboration of peers, to accept, balance, the whole team longboard potential energy; as long as we insist on exploration and innovation, and constantly face the difficulties of technology implementation and changes in market demand, every challenge tests the team's adaptability and innovative spirit. Perhaps this is my entrepreneurial background and original intention, a path to find the value of life and social meaning.

Hurun Report: The difficulties encountered in entrepreneurship may be the beginning of growth, sometimes, failure is more layered than success and the need to tell the story, for you, what is the biggest "pit" you have stepped on?
Yin Xiaohan: Partners are a key node in the entrepreneurial journey. After many attempts and explorations, it is important not to let 0-1 accompany your partners to grow together, and at the same time meet new like-minded partners, and to tolerate and hone each other's values and business execution styles need to be highly matched comrades. The project was quickly brought to life, with every step from proof of concept to go-to-market fraught with challenges, but also growth and gains. It is also important to know how to manage the team to remain productive and motivated in a rapidly changing environment. If you find an irreversible problem or a mismatch in the portrait, don't panic, treat it sensibly, and stop the loss immediately, after all, our common goal is a breakthrough in the career, and dragging it out longer will only bring deeper problem expansion.
The past experience has made me realize the power of teamwork, and also made me understand that on the road of entrepreneurship, continuous learning, humbly asking for advice, and not giving up easily are the keys to success.
The lesson learned in the process is that when making decisions and choosing goals, you can't just rely on passion and enthusiasm, let feelings and ideals sway reason, after all, entrepreneurship is not child's play, you must be responsible for time and partners who believe in you. At the same time, you must continue to improve your ability to learn independently, otherwise you will only let yourself stand still and soon see your own ceiling, limiting your development speed and vision.
Looking back on my past entrepreneurial experience, the transformation of different roles and functions, the exploration and attempt in different directions, to finding the right partner to grow together, to the work experience in a large factory and the baptism of overseas study, it seems that every step is ready for the entrepreneurial road in the field of artificial intelligence. While the journey is full of uncertainties and challenges, it is also full of opportunities to learn and grow. I firmly believe that as long as we maintain our pursuit of innovation and have the courage to face challenges, we can carve out our own world in the field of artificial intelligence, which is full of infinite possibilities. My entrepreneurial experience has taught me several important lessons: the importance of persisting in exploration and learning, the value of choosing the right partner, and the courage to adapt to change and face challenges. These experiences and lessons have not only shaped my identity as an entrepreneur, but also pointed me in the future. While the road ahead is still full of unknowns, I am confident and looking forward to being able to create impact and value in these rapidly changing times.

Hurun Report: In your opinion, where are the dividends hidden in the future, and how to lead the team and individuals to do things that follow the trend?
Xiaohan Yin: After gaining an in-depth understanding of the artificial intelligence (AI) industry and getting involved in it, I am optimistic about the future development of this field and predict that the next few years will see more breakthroughs. Especially considering that companies like Scale AI have demonstrated how intelligent data processing and analytics can dramatically enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. The path to success for such companies shows us the huge potential of AI in real-world applications, especially in a huge market like China, where AI applications are promising, whether in manufacturing, healthcare, education, financial services, etc. In the next few years, I expect AI technology to become more deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and become a key force in promoting social development.
With the advancement of technology, AI will play a greater role in intelligent services, automated production, precision medicine, etc., and help solve some long-standing challenges that have been difficult to overcome. Especially in China, with the government's strong support for scientific and technological innovation and huge market demand, the application of artificial intelligence will become more extensive, and more innovative business models and companies will be born.
For personal development planning, my goal is to develop the company I have established into a company with significant influence in the field of artificial intelligence, not only to make breakthroughs in technology, but also to achieve innovation in applications.
I hope to be able to solve the pain points of enterprises in data processing and analysis, especially in China, the gap with foreign AI is objective, in addition to the dislocation of the degree of research and development of GPU and other technologies, there is more, although there are huge data sources and rich application scenarios, but the availability of data is very weak, so we have huge room for growth in this business direction. We chose this business direction to try and adjust to AI through the research and development of AI data automation systems ageint's model design upgrades systematic data governance to the automatic execution logic of AI data robots, which is more efficient and iterative, and iterative AI intelligence is a powerful tool for front-end data governance and multi-round data cleaning process; 。
At the same time, by providing efficient and reliable AI solutions, it helps optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. At the same time, I also plan to achieve several important milestones around the development of AI technology in the next few years, including the development of new algorithm models, the expansion of service offerings, and the collaboration with more industry leaders to jointly promote the application and development of AI technology.
Hurun Report: Choosing to start a business must be a process of getting out of your comfort zone, how do you deal with making choices and going through difficult times?
Yin Xiaohan: Many people don't dare to take risks, especially at the beginning of their careers, when they are young, obscure, and financially constrained, but that is precisely the golden period of risk-taking, and many people do not make full use of this advantage, and there is a kind of "pseudo-risk-takers" who have action, but never go all out, because they are afraid of failure, which is caused by over-emphasizing failure, reputation loss or economic loss, or embarrassment. I think the most important thing in my career is to be an actor, not an empty talk, they are afraid to take action because of things and difficulties and risks, so many people just dabble in multiple projects, but never devote themselves to any project, this kind of imbalance between work and risk-taking, is very unfavorable. History always favors doers, I think we should take risks, put into action, instead of sitting and talking, busy with some superficial things, dare to take risks, stick to the faith, you will find that there will be a kind of potential energy around you, I believe in the law of attraction, there will be more people around you with the same magnetic field to help you, you will be more determined, difficulties will become a kind of happiness, once out of the predicament, you will feel more confident, you can solve more problems and cross the gap that was impossible to cross before.

For me personally, this is not only a journey of self-realization, but also an opportunity to contribute to the new wave of technological innovation.
