The Plan is clear
The "Plan" clearly states that from 2024 to 2026, the average yield per mu of high-yield crops per 1,000 mu will be more than 10% higher than the average level of the county (city and district) every year, of which wheat and potatoes will be more than 15% higher. The average grain yield per mu in the province has increased by more than 3 kilograms per year, and the total output has increased by more than 500 million catties per year. The average yield per mu of rapeseed is more than 5% higher than the average level of the county (city and district), which drives the province's rapeseed output to maintain stable growth.
Three key tasks
First, we will make every effort to promote the construction of 1,000 acres of high-yield films. Priority should be given to areas with a good production foundation, high enthusiasm of the main body, and concentrated and contiguous scales as the focus of construction, and the whole township (town) and the whole village should promote the construction work.
The second is to carry out 100 acres of ultra-high-yield technology research. Support municipal, county (city, district) agricultural technology extension units, provincial and municipal scientific research units, colleges and universities, relevant enterprises, etc. to form teams of various crop groups to carry out ultra-high-yield research.
The third is to encourage the development of large-scale production and operation. Encourage production and operation entities to vigorously carry out services such as substitution farming, escrow and collection, and whole-process trusteeship, and improve the level of simplification, standardization, intensification, and industrialization of large-scale production.
