On April 23, with the completion of the last concrete pouring, the main structure of the S1 Science Center Station of Hefei Xinqiao Airport Line was successfully capped, which is the 7th station with the main structure capped in the Hefei section of the S1 line.
Science Center Station is an elevated station, located on the southeast side of the intersection of Xingye Avenue and Hehuai Road, along Hehuai Road. The station is a roadside elevated two-story structure, the ground floor is the station hall floor, and the second floor is the platform floor. The total length of the station structure is 205 meters, the width is 20 meters, and the height is 120 meters, and the width of the internal platform is 120 meters, and there are 5 entrances and exits.
In order to ensure that the main structure of the station is successfully capped in accordance with the established nodes, Hefei Railway led the participating units to actively organize the station construction plan and engineering planning demonstration meeting according to the on-site construction situation and the construction characteristics of the elevated station, sorted out the list of major difficulties, and formulated the relevant structural construction plan. In order to improve the efficiency of on-site construction, the square column buckle is used for formwork reinforcement during the construction of the structural column in the station, which has the advantages of saving space and easy operation compared with the traditional tie rod reinforcement, effectively improving the construction efficiency, and successfully realizing the capping of the main structure of the station one month in advance under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.
Up to now, the main structure of 7 stations in the Hefei section of Hefei Xinqiao Airport Line S1 has been capped, and 4 of the 18 shield single-line sections have been connected.
