Spring is as beautiful as this, and it is time to study. On April 23, the "Scholarly Xuhui and Joyful Reading Four Seasons" Xuhui District Young Workers Theoretical Reading Sharing Meeting was held in the theater on the second floor of the Party and Mass Service Center of Kangjian Street.
This activity takes the World Book Day as an opportunity to share the employees' own reading stories through the creative form of "theoretical learning + reading sharing", so as to encourage and guide young employees in Xuhui District to love reading, pursue knowledge and improve their quality.
At the sharing meeting, everyone focused on the three themes of loving reading, reading good books, and being good at reading, and showed the results of theoretical learning and reading for young workers in various industries in Xuhui District in various forms such as reading in the original text, reading sharing, reading lectures, and activity releases. At the event site, the 2023 national and Xuhui staff library demonstration sites were officially awarded.
It is understood that in order to promote the reading activities of the employees, the District Federation of Trade Unions has released a list of reading lectures and activities of Xuhui "Hui Classroom" for the trade unions at all levels in the district to order and select courses; the District Federation of Trade Unions recommends 30 books to the employees of the district and donates books to the demonstration sites of the staff bookstore; 15 "Scholarly Xuhui Joyful Reading Four Seasons" Xuhui Employee Four Seasons Reading Project to promote the normalization of reading activities at all levels. Innovative, Xuhui Gold Medal Storyteller Contest for Employees Gives Reading Lovers a Greater Stage to Display, and Enterprises and Institutions in Xuhui District Carry Out Work Guidelines for the Establishment of Learning Enterprises and Institutions in Shanghai to Promote the Construction of a Sustainable Learning City.
At the meeting, Pan Fulou from the National Workers' Bookstore Demonstration Site, the District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Municipal Learning Enterprises and Institutions, Gao Yan of the Party and Mass Service Center of Kangjian Street, and Zhang Yuhan of the Shanghai Eighth People's Hospital shared their reading experience and insights from the aspects of personal growth, how to read, and lifelong learning, so that everyone could feel the youthful motivation of young workers to grow up and become talents through reading. Pu Xiangyun from the District Amateur University, Yue Ximin from Xufang Group, Yuan Luoyu from miHoYo Network Technology Company, Zhang Jian from the District People's Court, Wang Jingjing from Xuhui Financing Guarantee Company, and Geng Honghu from Huajing Town Community Health Service Center became the original readers of this theoretical reading sharing meeting. The above 9 readers and sharers were selected from the selection of storytellers held in advance, and they became the first batch of finalists for this gold medal storyteller.
Rong Mo, deputy director of the Classical Literature Editorial Office of Shanghai Ancient Books Publishing House, was specially invited to share his reading entitled "Classical Poetry Reading Examples".
