Pan Yumin, director of the first tax office of the Hongkou District Taxation Bureau, introduced that Hongkou is actively exploring the interactive service scenario of tax collection, and the 10 businesses that originally needed to be handled at the offline window such as "stamp duty overdue declaration", "change of taxpayer identification number" and "enterprise insurance information association" can now be handled by the tax collection interactive agent through transfer, tripartite dialogue, creation of work orders and other forms to help taxpayers remotely. "In the future, according to the pilot situation, it will be further promoted throughout the city. Pan Yumin said.
