According to Chen Guojun, in a "door-to-door teaching" activity, he found that when the police wore a shoulder-mounted law enforcement recorder, the video shooting effect was often poor due to factors such as difficult fixation and easy shaking. If you rely on handheld shooting, although the quality of video shooting can be effectively guaranteed, when encountering sudden police situations such as violent attacks on the police, police officers often cannot take into account law enforcement and video shooting at the same time. Since then, the idea of designing a new type of police equipment has been in Chen's mind.
Once, Chen Guojun saw his son buy back a running shoe with a BOA lacing system, and he was immediately inspired. He drew the drawings according to his own understanding and found the local police equipment manufacturer. After repeated assembly and debugging, the factory successfully produced a law enforcement recorder sleeve with a BOA lacing system loaded on a tactical vest. Chen Guojun showed reporters that after the law enforcement recorder is bound to the tactical vest, the police only need to adjust and fix the shooting angle, and the stability is greatly improved.
In addition to law enforcement shooting, Chen Guojun has made his own improvements, and the tactical vest is equipped with an LED display, a portable rescue airbag that can be quickly inflated, and a new detachable stab-proof liner. Front-line police can choose whether to install it according to their own actual work.
The LED display is pasted on the back of the tactical vest through Velcro, and the display text pattern can be randomly modified through the mobile phone software, which can effectively improve the law enforcement safety of the police in low-light environments. In November 2023, during the opening of the Sanhewan Music Festival, the police officers participating in the security work in Taizhou City entered the venue wearing new tactical vests, and the LED display screen on the back changed to display various warning slogans at any time, playing an important auxiliary role in maintaining order at night on the scene.
According to reports, the waist of the vest is loaded with an inflatable rescue airbag, which weighs only 165 grams after storage and is only 10 cm in length, which is lightweight and convenient, easy to carry, and equipped with whistles, compasses and other devices. After encountering water, the airbag can be inflated and deployed by the compressed gas cylinder instantly, with a maximum load of 100 kg, which can be mounted on the vest and used to effectively protect the water law enforcement safety of the police, and can also be disassembled separately and thrown into the water for rescue, and can also be used repeatedly by replacing the gas cylinder tablets.
The built-in stab-proof inner core of the vest is made in accordance with the Class B implementation standard of the Ministry of Public Security's "GA68-2019 Police Stab-proof Clothing", which has the characteristics of light weight and high stab-proof performance, which can effectively prevent cutting, cutting and stabbing of sharp knives and sharp blades, and can protect the personal safety of the police at critical moments.
In addition, in order to effectively reduce the pressure of the police on outdoor duty and protect the health and safety of the police law enforcement, Chen Guojun also specially built a cold storage heating bag in the front chest and back of the tactical vest. The police can add 1 to 10 cooling gels or warm-up patches according to their needs, and quickly reduce or increase the body surface temperature of the police by 5 to 10 degrees Celsius in the hot summer or cold winter, bringing a more comfortable working experience for the outdoor law enforcement of the police.
